CMP Tactical Lazer Tag brings you a unique tactical combat experience featuring high tech realistic simulated weapons, air conditioned indoor multi-level buildings, and objective based game play. No bulky vests, no cheap feeling plastic guns, and no black lights. In fact, people who play any of the popular first person shooter style video games will be familiar with what we do. Our guns are state of the art with realistic fire, reload, and hit recognition sound effects that put you right into the middle of the action. The SMG, M-4 and AK-47's are all in our arsenal, and they look and feel like the real thing. Some lucky players may even get heavy gunner or sniper packages! Our sensors are lightweight, and are only worn on the head. The combination creates a realistic tactical experience for players age 8 and up.
The arena is unique for laser tag. We have a simulated indoor cityscape ready for you. Every building has multiple playing levels, and all our rooftops are connected by bridges and tunnels. Our red base even has an entire crawling maze underneath, which can be used to infiltrate! You'll be stalking through corridors, watching every angle from every window and doorway. Is someone sitting in that closet waiting to shoot? Are they overhead, waiting for you to come up the stairs? Are are they coming up from behind you? You've never played anything like this!
Scoring is based on how your team performs. You win as a team, or lose as a team. All our games are mission based, meaning that you need to work together to achieve a common goal. They can include bombing a building, capturing an area, rescuing a hostage, or infiltrating and retrieving enemy supplies. Individual efforts are always amplified when you work together, and the best way to win is as a team.
In a normal session, players will get 5-7 games, as well as coaching and guidance from our staff. Players are encouraged to bring bottled water or other drinks with them. We also have vending machines in our lobby serving up ice cold drinks.
