TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL PARTY

IS COMMITTED TO MAKING YOUR CHILD’S PARTY THE BEST!! TO HELP US, HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IT RUNNING SMOOTH:

  • All party participants must meet our age and weight requirements in order to play on the equipment. This is for the safety of all of our guests and is not negotiable.
  • Please let your party know not to arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Typically, there will be a party right before yours that we are cleaning up from and we wouldn’t want to make you wait in the reception area for the room to be ready.
  • Most parties are scheduled for 2 hours, with the first hour and a half being play time and the 30-45 minutes set aside for food and presents. If you don’t anticipate needing a full 45 minutes in the party room, we can extend play time by 15 minutes. Your party attendant will work with you to find the schedule that will work best for your party.
  • The staff at the front desk will take care of checking in your party guests and insuring they have a waiver on file. Please let us know ahead of time if siblings of the party guests are to be included in your party, or should pay separately.
  • Remember that each party has a maximum child count, and there is a per-child charge when going over the limit.
  • The parent hosting the party is responsible for the party guests at all times. Staff will be on hand to assist in enforcing the rules, and will bring issues to the attention of the host parent. For the safety of all, children will be given two warnings before being asked to remain in the party room until the end of the party or contacting a parent to come pick them up.
  • Clean socks are required to play at Kangaroo’s Bounce House…it helps us keep our equipment clean in between our daily sanitization schedule. We recommend bringing a few pairs from home just in case. If needed, you can purchase socks from us and we will add them to your final party bill.
  • Silly string and confetti are incredibly time consuming and difficult to clean up, and can cause damage to some of our equipment. Please do not bring either of these items to your party, or there will be an additional cleaning fee of $75 added to the final party bill. (Silly string is very corrosive to the vinyl on our bouncers…any damage from silly string will be charged for repair up to and including full replacement cost.)
  • Piñatas are permitted with prior approval by the Kangaroo staff. Kangaroo’s does prefer the pull-string Piñatas. Hosting parents are responsible for cleaning up after the piñata.
  • Any performers (magician or clown) or other vendors (face painters, tattoo artists, etc), must be preapproved by Kangaroo staff.
  • FOR THE NON-PRIVATE “MINI” PARTIES: Please remember to bring all of your own place settings, serving utensils and cups, since they are not included in your package price. If forgotten, you can purchase any of these items through your party attendant.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Individuals bringing alcohol into the facility will be asked to leave and be permanently banned from future visits. We reserve the right to contact law enforcement should an individual appear intoxicated and are operating a motor vehicle.
