ERS Autopay Cancelation Form

Please note that all charges, fees, and payments regarding ERSPay bill in arrears on the 15th of the following month.

If you return, you will need to re-apply to use ERSPay.

Please be aware that canceling your services will not stop the charges detailed below from being included on your statement:

Transaction Fees:
- Processing transaction fees from 1 month prior (if on monthly billing)
- Interchange fees from transactions processed 1 month prior (if on monthly billing)
- Card brand monthly transaction processing fees from 1 month prior

Non-Transaction Fees:
- Terminal lease or purchase fees from 2 months prior (if applicable)
- Terminal sales tax from 2 months prior (if applicable)
- Card brand Network & Assessments fees from 1 month prior
- Chargeback fees, as applicable

Your management fee will not be renewed upon completion of this form. However, you will be responsible for any current ad spend up until the date of cancelation. Any balance already spent will not be refunded.

For account cancelations, your account, billing, and website will all be discontinued within two (2) business days.

Cancelling individual or multiple services will also take place within two (2) business days.

As long as your cancelation request is received prior to your billing date, you will not be billed the following month. Please contact the Billing department with any questions or concerns.

We're sorry to see you go! We retain all account information, customer data, and reporting for approximately one (1) year, if you wish to reestablish your account.
